Your shipping provider may be able to produce an invoice and picking documents from our standard shipping extract file. If not, our default invoice and pick ticket formats (attached) meet most needs. If necessary, these may be modified, but this is a difficult and time consuming procedure. While the files displayed here are in readable format, the actual files generated by the system are not human readable, and must be converted or printed before they can be read. If you would like us to generate Invoices and pick tickets please indicate that in this ticket.
Invoices
Each day, you will need to access the print manager and download the INV.001 file. This file contains the latest invoices for shipping. When another shipping run occurs, the file is first renamed with the date and time for archive purposes. The file you should always print is called INV.001 because this contains the latest runs invoices.
Picking Tickets
