After you have shipped your products through your warehouse you will want to provide members with information on what has shipped and associated tracking numbers. This is accomplished via an import into the PrimeDownline system. This can occur either The ship verification file format can be found attached below. The file should be named in the following format. VERIFY_{YYYYMMDD}.csv (example for January 22 2015: VERIFY_20150122)

 

If you using the automated FTP functions to move shipping files to your warehouse, be aware that you can also setup a folder called "To_PrimeDownline" and place the ship verification file in that folder. Also in this folder, create a subfolder called "retrieved". We will pull the ship verification file, import it, and then move it to the retrieved folder for archive. In order to configure this functionality, please provide the FTP address, username, and password that you will be using to this ticket.  


once the ship verification file is uploaded, the order will move the order status to 5 (shipped). It also populate the tracking number to the order so your users can use it to track the package. During the nightly process the order will move to status 6 (complete).
